Charged me $19.99 for a monthly subscription that i didn't order

I got my AT&T wireless bill and there was a charge for a monthly subscription to Flycell Downloads. I never was even contacted by this company and certainly never ordered anything from them. Please report them if this happens to you. They are scamming people.
