My phone was recently billed $9.99 by Flycell.com for an alleged complimentary ringtone which I did not authorize or use. I sent a text to 69999 (which they provided when they took my money from my cell) to opt out but my charge was never reversed.
They just emailed me the text below, from:

Please know that Flycell provides service on a subscription basis. These plans are billed directly to the customer's mobile service bill, despite the amount of use the customer chooses to retain from us. Every account is billed immediately after activation and renewal. The initial charge of $9.99 will remain valid.

Now my airtime is over! Anyone had this experience? Please advise on how to get this fraudulent charge reversed, and the Flycell.com company apprehended. I have notified my phone service about this action as fraud, and also reported to The New York Attorney General.
