Automatic Debit on My Bank Account - Identity Fraud

A charge of $145 on my son's Wachovia bank account appeared. It reads, "Automated Debit T-Mobile PCS SVC." We have AT&T. This account was opened last summer for his life guarding job and has not been used since summer ended. He only wrote 5 checks altogether and all were cashed at Wachovia - none in anyone's hands but his, mine, Wachovias. The checks are kept in my locked filing cabinet. But Wachovia says a person named Mitchell Prentiss made either a phone or internet payment using my son's bank account # and routing #.
