I placed an order for a calculator listed on the seller's website on April 3 for an exam on April 24. I had previously emailed the seller on March 29 inquiring on the turnaround time for the calculator, to which the seller responded three days. The website stated items were shipped priority through USPS. The seller is located in California, as am I, so priority shipping takes typically three days maximum according to the United States Post Office.
After two weeks I had not received the item so I contacted the seller, but the seller did not respond. On April 17 I filed a claim with paypal because I had not received the item from the seller. I had purchased the item through the paypal service on the seller's website. The seller then responded accusing me of waiting to the last minute to order the calculator. The seller then sent the item on April 24, twenty-one days after it was originally ordered and on the day of the exam. This is contrary to what is stated on the seller's website. The item was returned to sender, which he received on May 2nd. THIS PERSON STIFFED ME FOR $215.
I contacted the seller stating my dissatisfaction with the service and requesting a complete refund. He initially responded stating he would refund my money. He has since avvoided my phone calls and has not refunded my payment of $215. The owner is Stephen, I have saved emails proving this guy is a rip-off. I have contacted Better Business Bureau as well as Paypal to get my money back.
Beware! Anyone interested in purchasing a calculator from this dishonest person for the pe exams!!
