Extended warranty

I buy a washer 2yrs ago at that time i bought what i believed was a 2yr warranty. Our machine broke down so when i named connis i had been told the warranty had expired... Looks that the 1st year of the guarantee went combined with the manufactures warranty. Conns is just a ripoff and can not uphold their items. Sad thing is in the same time i bought the machine i also purchased a dryer, a brand new fridge along with a group of bed
