I've a kenmore elite HE3T that I bought in 2003. It's smashed down 5times since. Fortunately I've a warrenty protection, however it typically takes about 2-3 months for restoration. I'm a functional guardian of young children which is really inconvient and costly to visit the laundry mat. I'll never trust or buy another kenmore product again. The inconvience is unforgivable.
