I bought a 62 inch samsung hd tv from conns in 2006. Paid it off with a warranty that ran untill 2010. The tv broke in january. I had conns come out and look at it, ordered a part.
The part could not be found so conns said they would get me another tv. 2 months has gone by going on 3 and no tv. I called but they always tell me its in corporates hands and they have to give them confirmation. So far nothing, and when i call they give me the same old routine.
The head of the corporate office, everytime i call is convenietly away from their desk, ask to leave a message, and they never, never call back.
I want a tv that I have paid for, what is the hold up? They have stalled so long a lawyer needs to get on their butts and make them move to give me a tv. I am sure if I had not paid off this tv they would be after me for their money, but us consumers that have paid get the run around. Please help me someone...
