I have did business with Conns for fifteen years but as of today I am DONE! I purchased a lap top for my son in June. The laptop crashed in January. I took it to Conns and waited patiently for someone to call me. After one week no phone call. I called the repair department only to lied to. To make a long story short. I still don't have a laptop and I was told they would replace it but I would have to purchase a new $299.00 warranty! I am pissed!
