Last week, I bought an Aiptek GVS Action camera and it was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. It did not work, out of the box. Apparently, it's covered by warranty, but I HAVE TO PAY shipping charges to send it to Aiptek. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY? IT'S NOT MY FAULT!
BOTTOM LINE:
This is no way to conduct customer service. If they SCAM you on shipping charges, just imagine WHAT ELSE they'll take you for! Read their reviews - THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!
Avoid aiptek products at all cost, no matter what anyone else tells you!
