I realized that time has passed and I had not received my new dvd/vhs player so I looked online to track my order and they had received it. I happened upone this web page when looking for an email address to email them. I did find a new address which is Thompso Inc. 11751 Alameda Ave. El Paso, Texas 79927-7200. Thought I would post it for those of you who have said they closed down. Hope this works out for all of us. I sent a notice to this new address asking for my new player. Good Luck.
