I recently ordered an RCA dual screen dvd player that included games from Best Buy and after just a few uses it stopped working. The repair number that was included was for a Thompson Inc. I explained my problem to the lady and she told me to use a lens cleaner or cut the unit off and then back on which didnt help. After being on hold for several minutes the lady came back on and told me that I was due a new unit. But there would be a one time processing fee of 49.95 which I payed with my debit card. Then she told me to mail my player to the Socorro address via UPS or Fed Ex. I mailed it the next day via UPS which cost another 26.00. According to the UPS clerk it was scheduled to arrive the 29th of June. I have never received a new DVD player which was purchased for 189.95. So I am out of my player, the processing fee, and the money it cost to mail it back and I am pissed.
