I mailed a camera tripod on/or around 2/5/07 to Thompson Product Exchange because the company that manufactured it (can't remember the name) did not have a replacement part for the "lifetime warranty" of the item. I was told to mail it to Thompson with a letter and they would send me a new one. It has been a year and 2 months... I think that they are a fraud!
