Awful experience

This is a conclusion of the issues I've had with T Mobile (I'll never return to them! I'm today cheerfully with AT&T

1) they lied in my experience as soon as I acquired the program. I had been informed that my telephone (it had been a 'bend spend' consideration) works in Europe that was the only real cause I had been changing to t mobile from Unicel... Well. Surprise surprise the telephone didn't work, evidently the flexpay consideration does not work offshore despite the fact that i packed up the consideration with like $200 such as the sales link at t mobile at Mall of America explained to complete for this to work. And so I needed to invest a lot of cash on calling cards and fresh sim-cards with insane lengthy German phone numbers and so I can use my telephone...

2) they lied in my experience and explained that me and my bfis telephone wouldn't have endless calls between them despite the fact that we'd a household strategy (whats the purpose of the household strategy then...?) which we'd need to place one another within our fave5. After which i see advertisements on television stating that with fave5 you speak endless to family unit members and each member of the family likewise gets 5 faves besides that...

3) they lied in my experience and explained that me and my sweetheart needed to obtain the fave5 household strategy since which was all that t mobile had today. Only thats not the case...

4) everytime i named their customer support in regards to a difficulty I had been having they'd say anything to create me content, enjoy it is likely to be set inside an hour or whatsoever, when I'd call-back a couple of hours later another person might inform me that exactly what the additional affiliate had explained wasn't feasible simply because they 'do not do this' (view instance in cause # 6)

5) whenever we discovered we did not require 'fave5' on our telephones we named them-and informed them to go off our strategy. They said they did. Weeks later (we did not get claims so we could not view all of the costs split up or we'd have observed earlier...) we recognized they never got it off... Or even the unlimited texting which we required be studied off weeks earlier.

6) my last month with t mobile we weren't ready to help make the complete cost at that time so we named them-and questioned if it'd be feasible to maintain our telephones triggered and we'd possess the cost inside a day or two (I had been trying to find another work at that time and so I truly required my telephone on for careers to make contact with me!) they said oh yes obviously, they'd be back on in two one hour. Our telephones weren't switched back on... We named plus they informed us that they mightnot do this. Ok thats good I am aware, but simply the truth that they lied to us truly pissed me down.

Heres a suggestion, protest and protest and protest and let them know that you simply do not like being lied to, note you'll contact the Greater Business Institution about their terrible support and they'll fall you with no costs inside an hour! Worked for me! They explained there is nothing I really could do, no body else I really could keep in touch with about this, i described BBB, they INSTANTLY offered me the t mobile presidents e-mail, i delivered her an e mail about all of this shit and described BBB at the conclusion and he or she called back within 20 minutes stating we were fallen, no costs.:)
