I've been left without service to one set for two months - 3 tech visits - no relief

I have a dual dish where I can have two receivers to watch tv. I've even got them wired separately from the dish to each receiver. One tv has said searching for signal while I'm trying watch since October.
Situation was worse by Feb so I called to schedule a tech visit. Scheduled for my day off on Friday. Subcontractor called and left a message saying they were coming on Thursday. Couldn't get off of work.
Called, had to schedule another week later. Replaced the receiver and left. Still happens.
Called. Tech sent again and replaced a section on wire. Picture came in for 30 minutes and was out again after he'd left.
Called. Was mailed a part to attach to the rear of the receiver. Didn't work.
Called. Tech sent again. Went on the roof this time. Replaced the fitting on the cable to the dish. Worked short term and went out again by the time he'd left.
Called. Was offered a dish replacement because the LNB must be fried and a $100 credit. Couldn't tell me date of scheduling, would e-mail.
Recieved e-mail and visit wasn't scheduled until a MONTH later.
Received bill. Being charged for HD replacement reciever and additional monthly service charge for HD service.
Called. Couldn't reschedule for earlier. Sent to retention. Couldn't disconnect because $100 credit was entered as a charge to account. She fixed and sent e-mail. New case opened again.
Called by case management. Rude! Couldn't cancel order for new dish and enter as a service call because of a $30 balance on account. Couldn't see any of my prior calls because each case/call/incident is closed out when the tech reports as repaired. I became furious and hung-up and cried in frustration.

I'm moving soon and I'm afraid to disconnect because I'll get screwed again. I've been a customer for over 10 years and I hate them! I pay over $80 per month and pay for NY and LA networks because they didn't offer my local networks when I connected. Am I stupid or what? Do may my mistake - buy ITC cable.
