Took my money but didn't sent the merchandise

I placed an order on 2/10/09. On 2/11/09 I checked the status to ensure it went through. The order status was "Processing". After two weeks the order status did not change. I tried emailing customer support to inquire @ [email protected] NO RESPONSE. I emailed [email protected] and also tried [email protected]. No response. I tried phoning customer service (over a dozen times) but their voicemail states that all agents are busy and then disconnects you. I tried the Live Chat but as soon as I typed in the word 'cancel', the agent went offline. I even tried to fax them asking to cancel my order and issue a refund. No response. The order is still listed as "Processing" and they have my money. It has been over a month. Beware! Do not order from this company!!!
