I had the same negative experience as the other customers. I called and they confirmed that they had the camera in stock. I then placed the order online, received a confirmation number via email and waited.
I called to follow up on the order and they tried to offer me another item that cost four times as much. The guy was RUDE and wouldn't let me talk. I had to ask several times about my order. Then (after the shameless attempt at a sales pitch), he told me my item was on backorder.
The customer service guy was yelling at me because I didn't want to buy the product and asked if he could cancel my order. I asked to be transferred to his manager. That guy was just as rude yet twice as ignorant.
Stay away! Bad news! These people are crooks. I can't believe they are still in business.
