To all fraud victims of Fanworks

To all or any scam victims of Fanworks:

Same account with me - I never obtained the lover, ended the purchase, and not received the credit. Named and sent a lot of occasions, but no reaction.

After being cheated out-of $425.00, I approached the Arizona AG, BBB, Lake Havasu Step of Business, and occasion the Lake Havasu Authorities. Some tips about what i then found out:

1. Fanworks isn't an associate of the Lake Havasu step of business. The CoC really includes a suit against Fanworks for declaring account and utilizing the emblem on the site.

2. The Arizona Attorney General CAN'T aid with personal fraud situations.

3. I named the Lake Havasu authorities and after requesting to talk to somebody about cons / cons, they already realized I had been calling about Fanworks! An official visited the handle of the company. Reduced and see - a clear home

4. Based on the officer I had been in touch with, Fanworks went broke and transferred. Where, I really donot understand. Today its only a civil case.
