I get a call from anderson and crenshaw collecting a so called debt from me for client called firstline security. (keep in mind this is the first time im hearing from any one about this debt and its already on my husbands credit report) They want $1800.00.
I dont pay over the phone and dont feel im liable for this amount. I request a copy of my contract with their client and a the $1800.00 broken down on a letter head mailed to me. I was denied over and over again being told their not a invoice of billing company.
I m called a clown, retard, a child my husband was told to be a man and pay his bills, i got put in time out for five minutes once, i guess he didnt want to hear what i had to say but im suppose to listen to their blah blah blah. Over and over the same things are said, i think its part of their training.
Every day about noon they call me finally my lawyer advices me to record the conversations. I do and boy their not happy suddenly their tongue tied and i dont get phone calls every day maybe once a week... Oooh still no bill or contract.
