Poor service

Invested 2.5 hours on phone with virgin cell to trigger telephone. Twisted up with 3 different telephone numbers. I required a much better talking consultant and was informed flat-out to contact back and perhaps I'd get someone. I requested to get a boss and was informed to call-back. Eventually got the telephone triggered but which was 2.5 hours later. Hardly got an apology. Once month has gone out, byby virgin mobile.
