Will Not Honor Warranty Internet8F, No. 88, Section 1, Hsin Tai Wu Road

I purchased an ACER laptop computer in May and the battery died before Christmas the same year. I have repeated submitted COMPLETELY EVERYTHING they have asked in order to get a replacement battery under warranty.
