I purchased a phone from this person back in August. When the phone arrived, it didn't work. I contacted the seller and he requested I return the phone to him. I did so, and a few weeks later he returned the same phone. I checked it and it still didn't work. I contacted him and he requested I return the phone again. I did so, and now he doesn't return my correspondence and I don't have any way to get in contact with the seller. The item was removed from ebay, so I am unable to follow up with him via the tools on ebay or Paypal. Item number is 230279168127.
