Only a little more than 1 year-ago, I bought a SONY camera from Foto Link of Brooklyn, NY. The purchase was for around $1,600.00. They suggested a-5-year warranty by RepairTech and that I bought it for $300.00
Today, the camera malfunctioned and that I tried calling RepairTech. An answering machine concept suggested that, by July 1, all preceding guarantees wouldn't be recognized.
Foto Link, who offered me the guarantee, seemed conscious of the issue and recommended suing RepairTech in small-claims judge, in the same period recommending that RepairTech was no further running a business.
Both organizations seem complicit in fraud. I'm furious since I had been "obtained".
Any advice?
