I purchased a DJM-800 through TV's Depot, they sold me this warranty with repairtech, they called me back to confirm my order and that is when they sold me the warranty. It was a four year warranty and it sounded great. TV's Depot received commission for selling me this warranty and thus they should be the ones to cover this problem being that repairtech is obviously gone. They assured me that is 4year warranty was secure. TV'sDepot has lied about the stability of this warranty. If anyone is interested in a class-action against your vendor that sold you your equipment and whatever is left of the assets of repairtech, please contact me, because justice needs to be served to all these shady companies.
