No Help. No calls answered. A total ripoff

I signed on with these people and was not told of the lease terms at the time of this transaction. The lease company says there isno way they will break a lease. Is this legal? I can no longer afford these lease payments and asked to send the new computer back to them. However, the lease company has become belligerant and upcooperative and refuses to reach an agreement. I can not get a hold of anyone at Startup Essentials and have not been able to for the last 6 months as they do not answer the phone.

I need a resolution to this or some advise please! Can anyone help me out? I am sure I am not the only one that has experienced this sham!
