USBI charged phone bill for 3 months. Said I had verified them to authorized charges. Comes down that the embeded in a survey that I had completed authorizing them to provide long distance to my phone bill. Not quite sure how that makes sense when I have unlimited long distance on my phone anyway. Unwilling to take off of bill. Quite sure that this is a scam, check your phone bill monthly.
