Purchased Magic Jack — never got it to install or work. Absolutely no tech support.
Only on line chat which is very poor at best — Went this route at least 3 times and ended up with nothing that was ANY help. Absolutely no phone or e-mail available. It almost seems this is a huge scam being perpertrated on the public.
