Bought a 32" HDTV from Silo Digital. After a few months the TV would turn itself off while i was watching it. It will stay on about 30min - 1hour and turn off. You have to unplug it for 10min and then you can watch another 30min-1 hour. The company wants me to ship it to them, give them my credit card info. They will fix it, charge me for the parts and labor and me pay for it to be shipped back to Texas from California.
It was supposed to have a 1 year warranty. They refuse to honor their own warranty. My second option, according to Silo Digital Corp is to have it fixed at a local repair shop and pay for it. That is how the warranty works, they make crappy products that do not last and you pay to replace it. The TV is less than 6 months old. Do not purchase any Silo brand anything, unless you like paying to have it fixed while it is on warranty
