TV was bought at casino/hotel gift shop. Silo says that is not an authorized dealer so it is not under warranty. Said they have not made a 24" in 2 years??? Remote would not work, even after batteries replaced. Could not program cable box's remote to TV. Cable company—and others—said they have never heard of Silo. There are no codes for Silo products.
After calls to Silo they said they would sell us a new remote for $20. On March 8, I sent a check for $20. Remote came—will not work.
TV does not have full screen. Has to be turned on and off manually.
