I sent my (40) videos for processing and after paying $788 all I received back was my original tape and a hand written note in the box saying "the company has closed down". Although i feel really fortunate to have even gotten my tapes back — I'm hoping to get my $ back as well.
I feel this company committed fraud & should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law — they make a living praying on hard working people and their memories!
Hopefully they will soon be shutdown, however i suspect they will probably just reappear under a different logo... I will never ship anything of any value to a company again!
