I introduced a battery for my laptop from Aeon Corp. The battery was faulty from the container and wouldn't cost. Aeon corp delivered me several emails requesting me for info that appeared unnecessary in my experience, perhaps like a stalling strategy. I offered the info. Once they hadn't clarification why their item did not function, I requested to get a return. They guaranteed a reimbursement but requested me to deliver back the battery and let them know the following number. I delivered the battery however the organization statements they did not obtain it plus they have not provided me a return. I checked google and discovered several grievances of comparable issues from others.
