They take your money and don't ship anything

Straight forward stuff... I paid for some Cat 5 cablethru paypal and never received the order.

So I filed a claim thru paypal and they tell me that I win teh case but the guy has no money for them to refund me with.

So I guess this is it, I lose the money.
