Samsung plasma tv problem - the product of samsung plasma tv

Hi i have bought a samsung plasma tv 42 inch. I have bought the product on 10.10.12 and have problem in the picture. I have complain to the service center and they came they told u have to change the panel and it cost 20000 rs. I had problem in 13 month itself they r telling it is under out of warranty. Worsr samsung produt and i really fed up in samsung service
