T-Mobile overcharged me 2 consecutive months after atempting to change a "plan", or down sizeing from 1500 to 1000 minutes. They literally refused to downsize or alter the plan. They accepted and promised a change, then overcgarged and denied a change was requested three months in a row. The supervisors insist no mistakes are possible in their system and refused to credit or change an account unless there is a service termination requested. Beware of this company, if you have a problem, all complaints are erased in the system. No refunds are credited. The only way out is terminating service.
