I've had my stove out because the week before Holiday, have experienced four support calls, but still have an range that doesn't function. Had an appoinment recently to put in component, but support technology never turned up (he explained he did). This is actually the total worst organization to cope with. I'd prevent any producer that employs them, including Home Help devices. They might care less when they repair your equipment.
