Purchased and Air Conditioner / Heater Unit with a service contract the item broke / failed while under contract...
Unit was picked up by service contractor over six weeks ago no date on when Item would be repaired??? Or replaced???
Meanwhile my mother who is 70 years old is very uncomfortable due to the changes varying from 82 last Saturday in Louisiana to the Snow they had 3 Weeks ago.
Called the store from where it was purchased with no recourse as of Today DEC 29 no answers from the store...
Called regional number from web site and was told the replacement part just came in on the 24th of Dec but still no answer as to when the item would be replaced or Repaired!!!
IT was picked up over SIX (6) weeks ago for repair after the last Hurricane Gustav hit the region
