I was given a work order number and a diagnosis of the mother board or hd needed replacing. They were to send these items out and a service tech was to get it repaired. Never seen the items or the service tech. Repeated attempts got no answers from mpc or gateway. I would like this system repaired, i purchased the warranty repair contract from gateway. I purchased this item direct from gateway, but they won't help get this item repaired either. Mpc just don't answer calls or emails.
