Took two month payment from my card

Our name is jennifer updegraff, I settled my statement thursday for $101.00 and my statement was just $88. OO plus they required 204.00 from my card. I request the additional money they required but still haven't gotten it nevertheless so please enable me which was my children holiday cash. Cheers! Jennife
