If you are military, DO NOT use this company for your security alarm system. They do not honor any PCS you may have especially any last minute orders you may get. They WILL send you and the remainder of the balance to collections after they lie to you and tell you that you do not have to worry about the remainder of the balance. When you call the company and ask to speak to upper management, they will not acknowledge your request and will ignore you. We were repeatedly promised that we would be okay if we have to move before the contract ends, do not believe them! They will lie and tell you not to mind the contract because they will definitely work with the military. All lies, it is really sad that I have deployed several times to defend our freedom and for me to get treated like this and have my family sent to collections for $1871.61. This is so sad that we have businesses in America that are allowed to treat military service members like this.
