I contacted dishnetork regarding a program outage in october 08. I aslo inquired on my contract expiration which would have been 11/08. The rep stated since i upgraded my equipment, whci in reality it was replaced by the same piece of equipment because it was deffective, that my contract was extended until march 09. I was told by a supervisor i was out of my contract, which to come to find out today (12/7/08) that i was lied to again. I was also told I was receiving a 10 dollar credit for 5 months, another lie. I have not seen any credits to date. This company lies and lies to its customers. My advise is not to deal with these people and had to only do correspondace in writing and do not take their word for anything.
