This store gets the worst customer support! You've to wait forever you then have the privilege of coping with rude clerks within the tech support region. I got a telephone back 4 occasions to get it changed. The moron old grumpy man technology would exchange it out for another and had started the procedure subsequently rudely charged me of having it moist. While he returned he said the telephone have been wet and the warranty was voided plus they couldn’t do something. I don’t understand what this jerk and kilometers the supervisor did towards the phone but obvisously it had been exchangable in the tech table. Kilometers said he'd dome a favor and provide me another phone in a 1yr cost, hahaha. I named the vzw 800-number and spoke having a boss who appreciated our business and agreed to replace the telephone totally free or permit toward another telephone.
This store has an attitude issue, in today’s economy they must be greatful for people clients in the place of prancing around like they're along with the planet. Their world can crash tomorrow also like many merchants! Kilometers the manager had a great time on offer showing the rest of the mgrs and employees about me although i had been about the call using the 800-number. They'd look at me and chat, chuckle, move their brains, etc… the feminine mgr there needs and attitude check, she believes she’s god’s present for the world, she must look in the mirror before she leaves her home and loose some fat! With attitudes and service like these fools give away at this store i'll laugh your day i-drive by and observe that store closed. These managers will be damaging their butts questioning why it shut! Fools!!!
