I ordered a battery for a cellphone. After a few days I e-mailed them and asked where my order was and they replied that it had been shipped. After about 14 days more I wrote them and stated that I was not a happy customer and then reported it to paypal. The next day they refunded my money. I was lucky that I used paypal or think the out come would been different. I saved the e-mails in the event anyone would like a copy.
