This company made 3 charges to my credit card with no receipt of the razor and blades promised.
Fortunately, my bank included a phone number next to the charge and on the second attempt at calling, I got a "live" person. They answered the phone with a different name that I was unable to identify. We went through the charges together and he verified their actions. No apology, nothing... Just the promise of crediting my account for all monies taken, no further charges on my account and my receipt of the shaver in a few days (we'll see).
