This company is a rip off! On 3-15-08 I mailed to TMP Communication Corp and sold a cell phone to them for $6.00. I was to be paid $6.00 for this phone after it was received and tested. The phone was received by them on 3-20-08 as I received an email from them indicating they received it. Their web site states that after 30 days of the receipt of the phone and it is in working condition a check will be mailed.
It is now October 26 and I have not received any money. I have not received any email correspondence indicating they have tested the phone. The phone works as I tested it before I shipped it. I can go to their website and view my order and it is showing that it has been received but that is all it shows. I have contacted them several times via their website. Every time you do so it pops up a message that you will be contacted. I have never received any contact. I even have gone through my own email and emailed them with no response.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB had to close the complaint as the company would not respond. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of New York and am waiting response from that.
Never sell anything to these con artists!!!
