Nov 14: I ordered a pen from their website.
Nov 15: I received a confirmation email, which indicated that the product could take as long as 3 weeks to ship.
Nov 18: My credit card was charged.
Dec 8: I sent an email indicating that I had not yet received the pen. No reply.
Dec 16: I sent a second email indicating that the pen had not been received and informing them that I would file a complaint with the BBB if they did not respond to my email within four days.
Dec 21: I filed a complaint with the BBB. That's today, so no resolution yet... I'll try to come back to update this report if I can figure out how.
