Hampton Bay/Solar Lights
Solar lights not working

I bought 2 models on Hampton Bay solar outdoor lamps... And also have had only trouble with them. 3 of the the 16 did not light at-all and needed to purchase new rechargeable batteries for them... Others work often. I have to understand what to complete to solve this issue...
