I requested two mp3 players on August 13th. Our purchase never came within the designated period. I approached them through e-mail and was informed that because of the Olympics my purchase was postponed. 8 weeks today and that I still haven't gotten my purchase. After numerous occasions of calling and contacting and being "Assured" that it had been on the road, I still am within the same vessel. I've now been informed that my reimbursement hasbeen delivered and might appear on my assertion. Which was nearly fourteen days before. What strategy do I've after I have already been cheated.
