Buyers Beware!!! Pc requested 10/9 with est shipping 10/31. On 10/29 obtained a contact that it had been postponed till 11/20, three months beyond the estimated shipping day. Described I'd be outoftown in those days and Entrance graciously decided to wait my purchase even more. Salesman initially stated "10/31 however it generally ships faster". Named to protest, got the run-around so-called to stop. Obtained a note this am that purchase could be delivered center of in a few days. Named again to stop today informed purchase was "prepared to be delivered" but earlier have been informed it'd to become "examined" first. Got fairly frustrated and furious with condescension by repetitions with no test at support restoration. Required reimbursement and was informed the wait was since my spending ahead of time had set a hang on the purchase and that I must have named revenue in the place of costumer support. Today, I had been informed I'd need to wait till the purchase to stop was obtained in Tennessee and delivered back to D. Dakota before they'd return my cash... in 7 to 10 days after D. Dakota got the term of the ultimate stop. This really is said to be a PC organization. I wonder if their purchase and termination capabilities are digital. They sure could consider my profit report period
