I pay them money and they dont send the item and dont answer phone and lie on emails that they are gonna send

I bought a iriver from buypalonline.com and they have in their report in details that they recieved the money but they never sent the item. I tried by phone and cant get a hold of them and by email they sent me that they will send it but they never did and they never even sent me at tracking number. And since then they have not responded to emails. And on their website they say they are processign my order meanwhile it has been 2 months
