I purchased a phone in June. They said it was on back order. I waited a month, no phone. I emailed them an told them I wanted to cancel my order. They responded that they would issue a refund. Two months later still no refund. I tried contacting them on a weekly basis. They don't answer the phone and won't respond to my emails.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank.
