Fraudently charges credit card, will give no info to consume

This place allowed someone to charge $49.95 TWICE on my credit card. It was a fraudulant charge. They never got the billing address or shipping address of whoever ordered this game. They will not give me any information and they do not publicly list a billing phone number.
